The short version

We collect your email address when you make a purchase. We use it to deliver your license and send important product updates. That's it. We don't track you, sell your data, or do anything creepy with it.

Email address. When you complete a purchase, we store your email address so we can deliver your license and send product updates.

Nothing else.We don't use cookies for tracking. We don't run analytics. We don't collect device info, IP addresses, or browsing behavior.

How we use it

Your email is used only to notify you about nosub product launches and major updates. We won't spam you, sell your address, or add you to unrelated lists.

Third parties

We use Resend(resend.com) to store and manage our contact list. Your email address is stored in Resend's infrastructure, which is subject to their own privacy policy.

We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking services.

Data retention

We keep your email on the list until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly to be removed.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability.

Software you purchase

When you buy a nosub product, the transaction is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made. We don't store payment card details.
