Money back, no questions.

Every app in the nosub catalog comes with a 30-day refund. You buy it, you use it, and if it isn't right for you, you reply to your purchase receipt and ask for your money back. No forms. No survey. No “can we have feedback first?”
We do this for three reasons:
- 1.
Mac apps are easy to try and easy to return. Stripe refunds in two clicks. No reason to make it harder for you.
- 2.
We'd rather refund a few buyers than make everyone justify a one-time purchase. The math works out.
- 3.
If an app gets refunded a lot, that tells us it isn't ready for the catalog. The refund button is also our quality signal.
How to request a refund
Reply to the purchase email from Stripe with “refund please” and your order ID. We process refunds within two business days. The money lands back on your card in 5–10 days depending on your bank.
The fine print
- —30 days from purchase date.
- —License is revoked once the refund is processed — the app stops activating on your Mac.
- —Refunds count toward the limit on chargebacks. If you've had several refunds across products, future purchases may require a brief support conversation first.
